Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy describes how TLB Publishing handles data accessed through its internal Google Drive file tool (the OAuth application named “rclone” in the Google sign-in screen).
Who we are
TLB Publishing is an independent publisher of non-fiction books. Contact: vipreaders@tlb-publishing.com.
Who uses the tool
The tool is used only by TLB Publishing, on Google accounts owned by TLB Publishing. It is not offered to the public and does not access any other person's Google account.
What data it accesses
With the account owner's authorization, the tool accesses the files and file information (names, folders, sharing settings) in that account's Google Drive. It uses them only to list, upload, download and organize files, and to create sharing links for files the owner chooses to share, such as book bonus materials.
Where data is kept
The tool runs on TLB Publishing's own computer. The access credentials issued by Google are stored on that computer only. Files stay in Google Drive, except copies that the owner downloads to work on them.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. When the owner asks an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) to work on specific files, those files are processed by that assistant on the owner's instruction, under its provider's terms.
TLB Publishing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking it makes the stored credentials useless.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
